We are in a thin margin business and good people are to find. The ability to find affordable talent is crucial to our growth. We had researched outsourcing some of our key back office processes, but did not feel comfortable handing over our processes to a sub contractor. We do not do it in the U.S. so why would we do it abroad?

Our customers demand a certain level of quality and that is just something we cannot see ourselves entrusting to someone else’s management. However, we quickly found that seeking to take advantage of talent abroad, on our own, was going to be expensive, really expensive. It would have required us to hire international operations and HR staff familiar with laws and labor regulations specific to the region before we could even think about setting up shop.
