NAPS Expands Operations Management Services to India

After over 18 years in assisting companies relocate their manufacturing or service operations to Mexico, NAPS recognized the benefits of India as an affordable location to outsource IT-enabled services. NAPS focuses on helping companies be successful, competitive and profitable in key locations abroad. As such, NAPS entered into a cooperative agreement in 2007 with a partner who has over 20 years of experience in the IT business, Jacob Shasho.

Shasho’s educational background became the stepping-stone to his exceptional success in fully managing operations in Hyderabad, India. He received his B.A. degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Baruch College in New York City, N.Y. He was then accepted into the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA Program for business studies in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Mr. Shasho subsequently was appointed Outsourcing Vice President for Hewlett Packard’s subsidiary in Israel.

Jacob Shasho has exceptional credentials in outsourcing high-skilled labor and IT enabled services. As the president of NAPS India, Shasho oversees the IT and IT-enabled services business development, operations in India, and other low cost human resource locations.
