William Lew
CEO

Leads with Business Acumen and Foresight

Lew oversees fiscal policies for NAPS. Bill (William) consults with potential clients to assess the feasibility for establishing business process outsourcing operations with NAPS. Lew is adept at structuring agreements that are comfortable and flexible for clients. He is a former middle market commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank in Oakland, CA.

Lew holds a BA in economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, attended The London School of Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.

Richard Jaime
President

Plans with Strategic Vision and a Global Perspective

Jaime manages plans for the sustainable growth of NAPS in Mexico and abroad. During his more than 20 years of experience in the maquiladora industry, Jaime has walked a diverse portfolio of companies through all aspects of start-up operations. Jaime is superbly qualified to evaluate whether projects are suitable for Mexico.

Jaime holds a BA in management science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of San Diego.

Gloria Madrid

Madrid has more than 20 years of experience in all levels of maquiladora administration including human resources, U.S. and Mexican customs, Mexican accounting and government interface.

Madrid is bilingual and bicultural.

Kaye Emkovik
Business Development Manager

Builds Strong Relationships Based on Respect

Emkovik is responsible for developing executive level relationships with potential prospective partner clients — from initial presentations through operations setup delivery.

She has over 17 years of experience in international import/export business, product manufacturing and services marketing.

Vivian Olmos
Strategic Alliance and Communications Manager

Develops Strategic Relationships with Organizations, Professionals and Business Chambers

Olmos creates business opportunities for NAPS by forming relationships and helping others understand the NAPS business model. Olmos serves as a liaison between NAPS US & Mexico offices, and visits manufacturing facilities on a regular basis. She keeps our clients informed about business trends, laws, policies, and changes affecting our partner clients in Mexico.

Originally from Mexico, Olmos is bilingual and bicultural.
