Lew is adept at structuring agreements that are comfortable and flexible for clients. He is a former middle market commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank in Oakland, CA.
Lew holds a BA in economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, attended The London School of Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.

Jaime manages plans for the sustainable growth of NAPS in Mexico and abroad. During his more than 20 years of experience in the maquiladora industry, Jaime has walked a diverse portfolio of companies through all aspects of start-up operations. Jaime is superbly qualified to evaluate whether projects are suitable for Mexico.
Jaime holds a BA in management science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
Seeks out opportunities in foreign manufacturing investment to Mexico, designs Sales Strategies and takes initiative to further innovate NAPS’ services.
Akira was born, raised and lived in Japan for 31 years. He brings over 27 years of management experience in Mexico to NAPS, including 17 years of executive management experience in the automotive and consumer electronic manufacturing industries. Akira is always ahead of the market, giving him the ability to recognize challenges and issues companies might face with business administration and plant operation. He consults clients for continuous success and improvement.
Akira has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Linguistics and International Relationship from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Akira is Trilingual in Japanese, English and Spanish.

Madrid has more than 20 years of experience in all levels of maquiladora administration including human resources, U.S. and Mexican customs, Mexican accounting and government interface.
Madrid is bilingual and bicultural.
Develops and implements strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure NAPS’ long-term success.
Using his more than 15 years of executive management experience in the Aerospace, Medical Device and Industrial Components industries, Stanley manages the global sales and marketing efforts for NAPS. Prior to joining NAPS, Scott held the position of Co-Founder and VP of Sales and Marketing for a digital marketing organization servicing the Medical industry.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and an MBA from Villanova University.
